The Squeakiest Wheel

Flatbush Gardener notices that we've got at least that distinction:

Flatbush is "Brooklyn's noisiest neighborhood ... where 2,058 noise complaints were made to the city's 311 hotline from July 1 to Nov. 20," according to the Daily News.

So to be a bit more precise: Along with being noisy, we're the neighborhood most likely to complain about noise. Which is a good thing, in general.
